• Hours of park 7:00am – 10:00 pm every day of the year.

• You are part owner of the park. We do not have on-site security, or full-time janitorial. Please help keep your park clean and safe.

• The Park is governed by a 7-person Board of Directors. They meet once a month on the third Tuesday in the main club house. All meetings are open and begin at 6:30pm. Board members serve a 2-year term and are given free membership while serving on the board.

• Children 13 and younger should not be in the park without adult supervision.

• Please do not loan or share your key with non-family members.

• Members are encouraged to enjoy the park with family and friends.

• If you have over 15 guests, we do ask for a phone call and for you to pay a guest fee. The park is periodically rented to larger groups and nonmembers. Please check emails regularly. When rent to nonmembers we ask that members do not enter the park or pools from the back gate (College Ave entrance).

• Member pricing:

  • Up to 15 people Free

  • 16-25p = $25

  • 26-35p = $50

  • 36-50p = $100

  • Over 50 people is considered a park rental, the cost would be $100 per hour and the rental includes the usage of the back club house.

*Note: A school event (graduations, classroom, PTA, sports teams) is not considered a member in the park event. We understand many families come together at this time, but for liability reasons a contract is required. The cost is minimal and will be discounted based on the guest count.

**Liability also contributes to our policy of not allowing organized team practices to be held in the park or on the courts.

• Pool Hours 7:00am -10:00pm

• Guest policy:

  • 1 guest per family member/ $2 guest fee for more (Call the office to inform of additional guests prior to coming to the pool. Please be mindful of busy days & holiday weekends and keep the guests to 1 per member)

• Children 14 and younger will not be allowed in the pool area without supervision of an adult 18 years or older.

• Please use tables and grass areas for eating. Remove your trash.

• No bikes or skateboards on pool deck.

• Children who are not potty trained need to wear swim diapers.

• Never prop open the pool gates.

• Front pool heated April – October.

• Back Pool heated year-round and covered in the winter.

• Swim Lessons are held in back pool early mornings and early evenings during the spring and summer seasons.

• Summer Camp will be using the front pool between 12:30pm - 2:30pm Monday through Friday.

• Courts:

  • Reservations are made through our website.

• Guest policy:

  • Tennis court: up to 3 people free

• Pickleball: up to 3 people free. Payment for guests should be done on the website.

• Please do not bring food or drink besides water on the courts.

• Fire pit safety:

  • Please do your best to extinguish the flames before leaving.

  • Do not allow children to play near the fire pits.

• Summer camp will begin in June 9th – August 15th.

• The campers swim in the big pool from 12:30pm -2:30pm. You are more than welcome to join us!

• Please close the gate when leaving the park

• We recycle so please use the correct bins.

Halecrest Park currently has an approximate 4+ year wait for membership. Our waitlist is currently full. Please check back with us in Spring 2026 to add your name to our list then.
